Frequently asked questions.

Quick answers about how our loans work. Have something else in mind? Call or email us.

What is a hard money loan?

A hard money loan is a short-term loan secured by real estate. The decision is based mainly on the value of the property and your plan for it, rather than only on a credit score.

What loan-to-value do you lend at?

Our loans are typically in the 65–75% loan-to-value range. The exact figure depends on the property and the deal.

What types of loans do you offer?

We offer fix and flip, bridge, construction and hard money loans.

Where do you lend?

We lend on properties across South Carolina.

Can I get a loan for my personal home?

No. NorthBridge Lending makes business-purpose loans secured by real estate. We do not make loans for personal, family or household purposes.

When will I see my loan terms?

Your terms are provided in writing before you commit to anything.

What do I need to get started?

Send us the property address, the purchase price or payoff, and your plan for the property. We will come back with next steps.
